Contractor Reciprocity
Effective date: June 21, 2026 — Last updated: June 21, 2026

Informational Use Only. The reports provided by Contractor License Reciprocity are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice, regulatory advice, or a determination of your eligibility for any license. Always verify requirements directly with the relevant state licensing board before submitting any application. Requirements change without notice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a report from Contractor License Reciprocity ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service. These Terms govern your use of all reports, guides, and information provided through contractorreciprocity.com.

2. Nature of the Service

Contractor License Reciprocity provides informational reports summarizing publicly available contractor license reciprocity requirements between U.S. states. Reports are compiled from primary sources including state licensing board websites, official PDFs, and direct board communications. The Service is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent any state licensing authority.

Reports are intended to help you understand the general process. They do not guarantee approval of any license application, are not a substitute for consulting the licensing board directly, and do not account for individual circumstances that may affect your eligibility.

3. Accuracy and Currency of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep reports accurate and current. Each report includes a "Last Verified" date indicating when the source information was last reviewed against primary sources. However, state licensing requirements change without notice. You are solely responsible for verifying all requirements with the applicable state licensing board before submitting any application or paying any government fees.

Contractor Reciprocity makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any report.

4. No Legal or Professional Advice

Nothing in any report constitutes legal advice, regulatory compliance advice, or a professional opinion of any kind. If you require legal advice regarding contractor licensing, you should consult a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction.

5. Purchases and Refunds

All sales are final. Reports are delivered digitally immediately upon payment confirmation. Because the informational content is delivered at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of your report, contact us at support@contractorreciprocity.com within 7 days of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contractor Reciprocity, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on any report, including but not limited to: failed license applications, government fees paid, lost business opportunities, or attorney fees. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.

7. Intellectual Property

Reports are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or reproduce any report, in whole or in part, without written permission from Contractor Reciprocity.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
